Dr. Jason Sosa interviewed by Newsweek.com regarding baseball's Mitchell Report
Dr. Jason Sosa was interviewed by Newsweek.com in response to The Mitchell Report which lists 88 former and current professional baseball players who alledgedly used either anabolic steriods or human growth hormone. The report includes high-profile players like Roger Clemens, Andy Pettitte, and Barry Bonds. The audio interview can be accessed by clicking this link and then clicking on the picture of Roger Clemens.
"I think there will be a little more scrutiny not only by the players themselves but there will also be a little bit more scruntiny by the fans and the people who spend their money to go see baseball and the way its played," Sosa said. "Whether the owners will follow suit and join in the scruntiny to make sure their clubhouse is clean, that may be a different story because they are looking at the economics of the sport."
